Ah honey, congrats on your lovely little boy. I would say congrats on the birth but as it wasn't what you wanted. It is so easy to be disappointed though...even by the slightest change in what you were hoping for from your birth. I know I have regrets...how silly though. We shouldn't regret or wish for what we can't change. The main thing is we have our babies now and we will have unconditional love from them for life.
You sound like your making great steps to getting back on track..just hope you're getting the support you need now.
Lastly....he is beautiful...you're one lucky woman! xxxxxx

Congrats on a healthy little boy, although I'm sorry the experience wasn't what you had hoped for! I completely understand how it is to feel like your baby isn't yours due to the way things are handled in the hospital. That happened with the birth of my 1st as well and I'm still miffed at how controlling and difficult the hospital staff was regarding my involvement in his care.

But he's yours now, and that's forever Congrats again, what a darling!
