Contractions. lol. You'll probably feel like you're going into labour only it'll stop, they shouldn't be regular. They can be mild for some and extremely painful for other people.
I get them all the time there shouldn't be pain usually its tightening of your stomach and it goes really hard for a few mins that's what mine are like super uncomfortable but not painful at all
Yeah I always read they weren't supposed to be painful... but I honestly could not stand up to get up off the couch the first time I had them-- around 25 weeks.
i guess when i think there not painful as such but like u all have said more uncomfy than anything. Is it norm to get pains in lower back also along with the bhicks?
