Breast issues

[i'm royal]

What causes sore,tingling or tickllish nipples and areolas?I'm not pregnant cuz i had a normal AF this month.The soreness etc started before AF arrived and continued during and after.Up 2 last week i saw some bumps on my arela but on Monday i noticed that they became flat as if they were squeezedt.Now there are only spots remaining where the bumps were.Today my breast still feel tender but not as sore as before.What could this be since it's neither ovulation nor pregnancy?
