I've been using disposable breast pads for 8 weeks now but wondered if the washable ones were any good?

Or if there are any other alternatives as I do find them quite itchy at times

I've used both. The washable ones are OK but I find that they stick to my breasts and I end up with pieces of string stuck to me. I usually wear the disposables because of this.

I use little lamb cloth breast pads and they're fab :D I bought them from the nappy lady.

I find the black ones tend to leave me with fuzzy nipples but the white ones are great :D

Once you stop leaking like crazy, washables work just fine. I still use disposable ones at night because they hold more and I leak lots at night.

I asked this qu a few months back and someone recommended washable bamboo ones from amazon which I got and I really like them

I love washable breast pads. But, I don't leak much, and never really did.

Johnsons pads are the best sposies. Easy to make your own cloth ones if you're crafty - tutorials on YouTube x
