My almost two month old baby is ALWAYS congested. He wakes up every morning snuffling loudly with a blocked nose and it makes him quite upset sometimes as he chokes on it. He has caught a few things off his older sister who is always catching stuff at nursery, but I think it goes beyond just a cold as he's been like this pretty much since around a week old.
I use nasal spray which helps briefly, but I'm wondering if it could be a dairy intolerance through the things I'm eating? Has anyone else cut out dairy and noticed an improvement in baby's congestion?
