Hey I'm WTT/NTNP at the moment. Right now I'm still breastfeeding my 14 month old son(mostly just nap, bedtime, and overnight if he wakes) My cycles have yet to return but I'm not sure if this is from breastfeeding or because I have PCOS. I'm wondering when peoples cycles returned whIle breastfeeding? Or wondering if there is any success stories out there of getting pregnant the second time with PCOS without having help by something? I had to use Fermara to get pregnant last time. I'm hoping this time it will just happen on its own. I haven't been on this site in a whole so I'm just looking to connect with some people again.

I dont have PCOS but my cycles came back 6 months pp. They went away again from 13-17 months (which is when DS weaned). It took 4 months for them to fully regulate after he fully weaned. As long as you are BF'ing, I would think it is more related to that than the PCOS as hormones are all out of whack

Sorry no advice on pcos but R fed until 19months as soon as she stopped (was quite drastic one day she just said no and that was it) my period came back straight away.

I had no period for 28 months during pregnancy and breastfeeding .. but it came back in full force once R stopped bf.
