Breastfeeding in baby changing rooms

hi, i dont b-feed but i dont have a probloem with seeing other ladies feeding in the baby rooms.

however i know my husband has been made to feel as if he cant be in there changing our sons nappy, only a small amount of times luckily, if a lady is b-feeding.

in mothercare theyve got a MOM and baby feeding room but nowhere for dads to bottle feed their baby-that annoyed me.

but yes-feed where you like, its natural. just dont tut at my hubby when he comes into the change room with our baby lol. (luckily most people are nice).

keely.

That doesn't make much sense having a mom and baby feeding room. All the rooms I've ever seen are for "family". My OH would come in if another woman was breastfeeding to change our son if need be - family room he's allowed to be there :p Actually now that I think about it there were often men in the nursing areas changing their kids or just sitting with their wife and kids.

Hi ya, i breastfed my daughter up until she was 14mths old and people used to look at me when i was out and about, you should'nt cover up and i would'nt sit in the dirty changing facilities, i'd go and sit in a nice cafe in the corner away from people incase you feel as if your being watched, after all your giving your baby the best thing in the world.
