Breastfeeding mommy's wanting to TTC but still don't have a cycle

That is SOOO awesome! Are you still thinking about waiting until August to TTC? I'm hoping to seal the deal late is month/ early June if all goes as planned and I do ovulate! Can't wait to TTC again! I never knew how happy I could be about having af back!

Seems like this is the lucky week. no af for me, but spotting is surely a good sign? i can't wait to be pregnant again!

Spotting is a great sign! When I first got AF, I for a second thought it might have been implantation bleeding and took a test, but it was def. af not implantation bleeding!

Haha yes i've tested twice this week already. Hoping it was bleeding from ovulation and implantation. sadly i think not. bring on af!!

Spotting is a great sign! Unfortunately for me I had no warning in my white jeans!!! Lol I started pretty heavy at my daughters school (oh I pray no one noticed) TMI warning now it is beyond heavy to the point where I have to shower all the time!!! Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yep still planning for late August! That gives my body some time to adjust too and for me to lose some weight!

Oh no Brooke! That would not be fun! Mine is super light and no cramps or anything, although I was pretty moody the few days before getting AF. I have read about it being super heavy the first one back, guess I am lucky! I am just worried I won't ovulate for some reason or another, can't wait to starting for ovulation in about 10 days!

Lucky you! I am so relieved that AF is finally gone! She lasted 6 days!!! How long did she stick around for you? I have read that the longer you go not having a period the more likely you will be to ovulate! I am so excited for you to get the chance to TTC again soon!!

Ps if this message made no sense I am sorry I am sooo tired! I just started going back to the gym and I volunteered at my daughters school for the entire day! Ughhh TIRED

It makes total sense! You are one busy busy mama! Mine lasted about 5 days and I actually just got my smiley face opk today on day 17! I'm so relieved that I got the smiley, I didn't think it would happen for a few more days and since my little girl is b/fing so much lately for some reason I was worried it wouldn't happen until day 40 or something! Are you tracking yours for when you TTC in August?

I have been testing for one week now and so far nothing!!! It is so annoying! I just want to know! I found out with my daughter at 9 dpo last time and today I am on 12 dpo! I think AF is due tomorrow ( since this is my first cycle I really have no clue but just guessing)... I don't feel pregnant and also don't feel like AF is coming either. I think I've gone through like 10 pregnancy tests so far. If I did happen to get pregnant first cycle, my due date just happens to fall exactly on my birthday! . Keeping my fingers crossed!

Still no af and no BFP, I'm on 17 dpo!

At this point I think I just ovulated later than the smiley face opk predicted. Last Tuesday I was having cramps and O pains and even told my hubs I thought I was ovulating, which I didn't really believe since I thought I had with the smiley opk. But now since I still don't have AF, I'm thinking I o'ed last week and since we didn't bd any time near O, I am pretty sure AF will come around next Tuesday. I'm so mad I didn't go with my instincts and bd last week when I was having all the symptoms of O!

I think we are going to try and get our daughter into her crib finally starting tonight and I've been really trying to say no when she asks for milk. I can't wait to finally have her weaned!

Oh no! I am so sorry to hear that!!! Well maybe it's a good thing you didn't get pregnant your first period. I read its better to wait at least one cycle just to have a stronger uterus for pregnancy. I hope next month is your month!!!

I was very sad at first when Dylan weaned a couple weeks ago and still am at times but it is such a relief at the same time. I am super super sick right now and should still be in the hospital but I couldn't handle it anymore and discharged myself last night but it is very nice to know I can take whatever medication I need to.

I hope next month is our month! I have always gotten pregnant using the smiley face opks (first time was a chemical and then I got pregnant with my daughter the second cycle)so I knew something wasn't right when I wasn't feeling any symptoms and didn't have ib. I have always said I wanted an April baby since we have nothing else going on that month so I am keeping my fingers crossed. Still working on cutting back the nursing sessions since I hope to ovulate earlier than cycle day 27 this go around! I just started cycle day 1 today, yay so I am trying to feel optimistic! I still can't believe I missed ovulation last mont, it makes me so mad when I think about it but I well! We found out my husbands bro and sis I law are expecting, they found out on Father's Day so it would be fun to get pregnant quick so the cousins can be really close in age!

I am sorry to hear you are sick! That is not good! What did you have that you were hospitalized? I hope you start feeling better quickly. How did you wean your son? I need all the advice I can get! I know my daughter only nurses now because of comfort and not because she needs food!

I am really crossing my fingers you get your April baby!!! I strongly believe everything happens for a reason and maybe your body just needed more time to prepare.

I went to the hospital because I was having stomach pain and threw up more than 30x in 12 hours. I was also having really awful ear pain. When I got the ER they did an ultrasound and then admitted me. The following day I went in for an endoscopy and they found ulcers and took a couple biopsies. They told me my ear pain was from TMJ most likely and I will see a specialist on Tuesday. I am still not feeling better yet but hopefully soon.

I just slowly would take away a feeding and my Husband helped a TON! When he was down to nursing only once a night I just had my husband cuddle him to sleep(trust me he cried quite a bit) then it went down to only once every couple days then one day it just stopped. Now he doesn't even act like he remembers.

Thanks so much! i hope so too! i know everything happens for a reason so I keep joking woth my hsband that this month we'll get pregnant with twins and that's why God didnt have it in our cards last month! he doesn't find my joke funny!

I can't wait to be done breastfeeding, although I will probably miss it a bit at first too. I can get her down to only breast feeding for her afternoon nap and bed time if we are busy all day and I can keep her distracted... But she still nurses at least twice over night. She doesn't know how to fall asleep in a bed without nursing.

I am so sorry you are so sick! That must be awful, especially with three little ones! Fingers crossed you start feeling better soon! You need to get healthy so you can TTC in August!

I really miss breastfeeding but it is quite relaxing knowing that I can do what I want without worrying about leaking or stuff getting in my milk. (Take medication that I am prescribed)

Sooo kind of big news.... I thought I ovulated last week but then today I had globs and globs of EWCM and my Husband messed up and didn't "pull out" in time so I took an ovulation test and the test line was darker than the control so I am for sure ovulating.... In a couple weeks I will be testing... I am scared to have 4 kids with birthdays all in the same month.

Did you test yet? That is super exciting news!!! I haven't been on here for a while and am super excited for you! I give you credit for wanting baby number four! Just my one year old keeps me super busy!

I used to want six kids and still do but my husband only want two. I need at least three and will need to work on him for the third!

I finally got a smiley face today so I am really hoping this is our month! I am trying not to obsess as I was super mad we missed it last month! This time I paid attention to my body and know I am ovulating! Should happen so entire tomorrow I think!

Keep me updated! I can't wait for both of us to get pregnant! Fingers crossed for you hon!

Thank you!!! yeah I am due 3/19/2014 I am so surprised with this pregnancy to be honest I even took something the next day to make sure I didn't get pregnant because my kidney is messed up and I was told not to get pregnant. The day I was scheduled for a CT with contrast(that could make you miscarry or cause problems with the baby) I decided to take a test and it was positive.

I had my first blood test on Monday which was 562 second 1164 on Wednesday so far baby is okay. I am so happy!!

I hope you get your BFP this month!!!!
