Thanks, I shall take a look at that book again! I didn't really get past the whole Colic part, as Lucy doesn't have colic. Maybe more in there for us to have a look at!

Things have already settled a bit. Yesterday was a big sleep day and we had a wonderful night! Things just seem to pass as quicky as they start!

I used it with my DD. She didn't have colic or anything but was an absolute BEAR if I put her down while sleeping. She'd wake up and scream until I picked her up again. She was also getting up every 2 hours a night and I was only able to get her to sleep if I put her in the car and drove around for 15 minutes. I was beyond exhausted after 3 weeks of this so I bought the book and gave it a shot. It helped SO much just in getting her to sleep without being held and for longer periods of time which allowed me to get more rest or housework done or spend time with DS. So it might not help much with the BFing part but it might help get her used to sleeping without being held.
