fsmummy - your photo editing software that you will have got with your camera will have the ability to resize images, or if you didn't get any software with your camera MS Office Picture Manager can resize images. I resize all the photos I upload to here as I like to use a high resolution. The other option is to change the resolution on your camera so that you take smaller photos in the first place. Even with a basic point and click you should be able to do this. HTH x
