breastfeeding vitamen's tablets

I was taking the breastfeeding pregnacare tablets however they are very expensive. I stopped but a week after stopping I feel awful. I also stopped my iron so reckon that's not helped so back on that already.

Anyway, are there any vitamen's you shouldn't take while breastfeedING? Is there anything stopping me from just taking normal cheap supplements?

I too have been taking the pregnacare breastfeeding tablets and too noticed a difference when I ran out for a week! I've found amazon is the cheapest at £10.99 (assuming you're in UK!)
No advice but can defo empathise with you! I think they are worth it though!

Hi i also take the same ones and like PP said i also get mine from amazon as they seem to be the cheapest ones i can find. Also if your in the UK sometimes tescos/sainsburys do 3 for 2 offers on them x

I am taking tesco pregnancy multi vits which claim to be for TTC, pregnancy and bf. They are much cheaper than the branded ones.

I take Boots' own brand pregnancy vitamins because they say they are for breastfeeding too.
