Breastfeeding while pregnant

My daughter is 6 months and I'm 5 weeks pregnant with #3. She's been breastfed since birth and she feeds a lot. Every two hours and sometimes more often during the day. I don't mind cause I love the bond we have. But since she cut her teeth she has taken to biting me, we have tried everything to get her to stop but it hasn't worked. And now cause of the pregnancy im so so sore. I cried during her last feed, it hurt so badly. I don't know what to do as I just can't seem to express more than 2/3 ounces. Should I assume it's time to wean her of the breast? I'm devastated as I had wanted to feed both babies I just don't know what to do!

All I can say is it does get better. There is a Facebook group pregnant and tandem nursing with a lot of mum's in the same position. I'm feeding in pregnancy for the second time and have nursed in tandem but mine were older (I fell pregnant when my youngest was 13 months this time) the are lots of support groups for breastfeeding on Facebook. Keep going mum, you're awesome!
