breastfeeding, wind and reflux

does anyone else have a problem with reflux with breast milk?

is there anything that can be done to help? x

Same here. Oliver is on gaviscon now - don't know what we would have done without it!!

Do you think Infacol would do a similar thing? I am totally clueless abouth this and really appreciate your replies!!

I bf too and Erin has reflux. We were prescribed Gaviscon too - baby Gaviscon, it comes in little sachets that you mix up. Seems to work ok xx

I think that Infacol is more for gas than reflux. I would talk to your pediatrician and see what they recommend. It also helps to have th ebaby sleep on an incline. Feed upright as much as possible, and then keep the baby upright a good 30 minutes after a feed.

To help reflux, feed your baby upright, keep them upright throughout the day more... Elevate their head to sleep and apparently giving them a soother helps with reflux too. In some cases starting solids sooner then later will help too.
