Bridesmaid dress doesn't fit

I am a bridesmaid in 7 weeks and the dress diesn't fit properly it is a lace up one, it will lace up the whole way but kind of gets stick on my hips and ths makes it look ruffled and not quite right, I think if I lost an inch of my waist and hips then it would fit, how many pounds do ureckon I would need to loose to loose the inches? I'm really worried I have started today sticking to 1200 calories a day been swimming or half an hour and been on my step machine fr half an hour plus done 100 ab crunches.

Hiya!! I reckon about half a stone/7lbs will do it - so 1lb per week!

Agreed with half a stone So a few weeks! Easily doable sweetie. I went down two dress sizes in 10 weeks. x
