Bridesmaid Dresses

What have you chosen for your bridesmaid dresses?
Have you chosen them or have they chosen their own dresses?

I let the girls pick their own dresses.... as long as they were pink

This is what they looked like... It was pretty lucky that they are kinda the same cause they live 4 states away from each other and dont really know each other that well So they look great together considering I love them....

I also let them spend as much or as little as they wanted on their dresses.. one dress was $59.00 the other was $299.00 so it was up to them what they spend on them. I also did the same with their shoes... as long as they were silver i didnt mind

We are picking everything but we are also paying for it.

Here in the UK it is traditional that the bride buys the bridesmaids dresses, so we were on a bit of a budget to start with.
Luckily, I only had 1 bridesmaid.
My colours were Black and White (well - ivory).
I got a skirt and bodice from a local department store.

I had one plus-size and one standard size bridesmaid and I wasn't set on them wearing the same but we found a dress my plus size friend was happy with and it came in a size 16 as well, so I got it and my other one had it altered to fit (she is a 12-14).

They happened to be in the sale on the curvety.com website. I wouldn't necessarily have picked this dress but I didn't want them wearing black or a dark colour. It worked out well because I had my husband and my dad wear a cravat in the same shade of pink.

They wore a chiffon wrap each, which I got from eBay.
