Broken Knuckle...

Really random but i think ive broken my knuckle on my little finger

the main knuckle that joins your finger to your hand...

i had my hand bent right back about 6 months ago by OH when we were faffing about fighting over the tv remote and its hurt a bit ever since..

last week i smashed it on the door frame, quite hard (by accident). and its been painful since, the knuckle isnt sunken in but its painful to the touch, hurts, bit swollen & is bruised...


i dont want to waste the hospitals time going to a&e so what can i do at home except tape my fingers together?

If you have an old wooden lolly stick or something tape that to the ring finger and pinky and keep it there for a week.
My oh broke his knuckle and this is all a and e did anyway xx
