Bromeline help please!!
I've done a lot of reading into what can help implantation and pineapples seems to be the best thing. Now I can't stand pineapple so I've brought bromeline capsules which is the enzyme which helps implantation but I'm nervous about taking it soon and making cm acidic or leaving it too late to do anything.
I'm either ovulating tomorrow or this weekend so would it be okay to start tomorrow?
I'm not tracking this month so won't be able to confirm ovulation
