Brother or sister?

I am officially nubsessed! This is a picture of my little boy and baby I'm currently pregnant with. The top one is my scan at 12 weeks 5 days with my son the bottom is my 13 week scan with my current baby. Would u say by son has a baby brother or sister on the way??
