I'm 6 weeks pregnant and went to the toilet early this evening to find quite a bit of brown blood. It has slowed down now to a few large spots on a pad.
I am absolutely terrified as this was our hope after a long journey.
I don't know how I will begin to cope if I'm miscarrying.

As it happens I have a scan first thing in the morning as I was on chlomid.

Does brown blood (with no cramping) mean a miscarriage

Xx

It usually doesn't but for me it did because it started brown then over the course of 4 days it went pink/ red, and on day 5 started gushing red.
Was annoying cos everyone kept telling me it was nothing!

It doesn't always but if I were you I'd get it checked out, even just for your peace of mind

I am already booked in for a scan tomorrow which I guess is pretty good timing
Hoping and praying, going to be a long night

Hope you're ok - I know it's scary but wanted to post to say I had this at eight weeks and thought that was it. I had loads of blood and was so scared, but sometimes it's not always the worst outcome - I had it and had a scan and baby was fine, it was a threatened miscarriage and my son is now 2.5 :) hang on in there - hugs x

Thanks Caz, I keep reading mixed things that brown blood is ok but then others saying brown blood is the start of a mc. I guess we will find out tomorrow.
So scared

I had that too from cream to pink then to brown the stopped. Don't worry hun. You'll be fine. Doesn't mean MC xxxx

How did you go? Just wanted to stop in and say I remembered I had this with my son. At about 7 weeks I went to the loo and wiped and it was enough to cover the whole toilet paper, went to ER but it stopped before I was seen!
Has the bleeding stopped now?
