Hi ladies, sorry for the long question and tmi in advance🙈
I have irregular periods which range between 40-64 days. My last period was 15 August, I use a period tracker app to help me track ovulation and fertily Windows as best as I can. Mother Nature is meant to visit in 5 days according to the app and I ovulated 12th September (all a rough estimate as my period is so irregular)
Ok problem is since Sunday (19th September, 6 days after ovulation) I've been having brown discharge. It's only there when I wipe (tinest bit), never anything in the toilet and have worn a pad but theres nothing much there at all it's like brown spotting. I've been experience nausea and a few random cramps aswell, which seem to be worse first thing in the morning and whenever I eat/drink especially anything with milk in like tea (which also causes trapped wind).
The discharge and spotting finished last night and has gone back to normal.
does anyone know what this could be?
