Brown mucusy thing ??!

I'm 4 weeks and yesterday had some brown spotting. I just know peed and when I wiped there was a thin brown mucusy thing. Should I be worried?? Ugh I hate the first trimester!

Could very well be implantation spotting. It's old blood mixed with cervical mucous, I've had this since week 3 and it just now seems to be going away. I was always told as long as it's not bright red, but I would talk to your doctor about it anyway. He or she might want to do an early ultrasound to make sure that the pregnancy is in the right place!

rei may I ask how far along you are? I have been looking for similar spotting as my chart this cycle for answers and hoping its a good sign not a bad one.

And buttercup how are you doing? is the spotting cm going away?

Yeah the mucus only happened that one time andthe spotting lasted two days. Tomorrow is my first appointment so I'll keep you posted
