Bub hasnt dropped bottles

I have a twelve month old who is still wanting five bottles or four a day he doesn't drink them all but sometimes he does.I would think by now he would of dropped a couple or more by now at his age.... do i stop giving them to him hes even waking up at night still wanting some.At a loss i thought naturally he'd drop the bottles.hes been on solids since six months HELP!!!!

My daughter is 11 months and still has five 6oz bottles a day. She is BLW but still technically eats three meals a day too. I got told by one midwife I was over feeding her and I was so mad! I went to the Gp who said that it's perfectly ok. I tried reducing the amount in her bottle but she just drained it then squealed for more. I them tried to spread the time between bottles - resulted in her waking during the night. Sorry I've no advice, but just wanted to let you know that it's normal and your LO isn't the only one xxxx
