Bubbles?

Ok this is my 3rd baby and this was new to me. We were at a restaurant having dinner, stood up to leave, and I had a several what I can only describe as bubbles popping feelings in the vagina area. My first thought was water breaking but nothing came out. Maybe it's delayed lol I dunno. So very odd feeling.
