Hey hun he needs to contact someone who handles hr and report the behavior of his manager. Any bullying has no place in the workforce. I hope things get sorted.

His work place should also have a grievance policy meaning that he can make a complaint about her. I'd definitely get him to speak to his hr department, he shouldn't have to deal with that xx
