Has anyone bought a bump support belt? If so whoch one did you buy and would you reccommend it? Im really suffering with sciatica and with phone call with mw she said try a belt and when i next see her she will see if i have spd which she thibjs i might and then refer nrefer me to physio etc but thats in 2 1/2 weeks so an just wondering if anyone has any reccomendations xxx thank you for readinv!!

I'm not sure if they offer the support you need but the asda bump bands are ace. They are double thickness stretch cotton and are really supportive but maybe you need a better one. I know jojomamanbebe sell them too.

can i suggest you see a chiropractor?

i was on crutches at 16weeks last pregnancy, this time by 9 weeks i could barely walk, seen a chiro and they have done wonders it niggles a little but i feel great, can walk, bend, and get off the sofa with ease.

last time i got a support belt from the physio and some tubigrip which was great, this time i'm going to get some support pants....... span etc as they are supposed to help

I just use support bands from George at Asda. They are £8 for a twin pack but are super comfy and actually rather supportive :)
xx

I have bad SPD and bought a nexcare support band from mothercare that's really good, it was £35 but well worth the money as it really helps and is very supportive x

Thanks ladies :-) ill look into a chiro :-) and the mothercare band, and the george also i didnt kbow they did one lol! Im guessing it will be a bit of trial and error lol! Just some support eould be great, its worse in bed my legs actually get stuck and i cant move them! Qalking hurys ts also :-( xxxxxx

Didnt realise asda done one, dont buy the new look ones they are rubbish xx

I bought a pregnancy belt from motherhood a few weeks ago because I have the same issue with that nerve being pinched and I get to we're I can't move my leg or put and pressure at all on it. I got one with extra support which cost me $35, and it does help a lot if I haven't had any problems with it through the day. I also suffer from a lot of pressure on my lower back which the belt does more for that then anything.
It was worth the money to buy a belt so I would suggest getting one!!

Thanks ladies :-) just realised my terrible spelling mistakes on previous post lol! I meant that walking hurts also lol! Im definitely going to buy one xxxxx
