Bumps on cervix during period?

I wasn’t sure where to ask this question! I started my period today and I wanted to see how my cervix felt out of curiosity, and there’s tiny bumps around the opening of my cervix. They feel like tiny pimples. They were not there yesterday? Anybody know what they could be?
