Bumps2be2011

Faye that's fab news...Whoohoo!

Been totally busy the last 2 days...decided to make our balcony a bit nicer and private, so got a thingy (can't think of the name now) around the balcony, but some foam numbers on the floor for Joe to play on and a little paddling pool. Joe loves it.
Then we decided Sunday afternoon to move Joe into the bigger bedroom cause it's much cooler in there, so we have been moving stuff over since yesterday afternoon. lol We kinda just finished. lol

How are you all enjoying the sunshine? x

Hello and welcome!

Wowser Faye! That is fantastic news for you and your OH! We are going to be surrounded by bumps before we know it! It is all very exciting. :happydance:

I'm having a pretty rough time at the moment trying to keep my levels of 'baby crazy' under control but failing miserably. I think I have mentioned before that my SIL is having her first in a few weeks... well having baby talk as the only topic of conversation when we see her or the in laws is driving me nuts. I really do wish the green eyed monster would go away and visit someone else. I am trying to stay positive and think of things to keep my mind pre-occupied... stupidly enough what I do is come on here and talk babies with all of you lovely people... the very thing I am trying to avoid talking about with my SIL! :dohh:

I know in the 'big scheme' of things, six months is really not that long to wait... but right now I feel like a little kid on a long car ride "ARE WE THERE YET!?!?!

Sorry for the whinge...

Yes 200 days to the wedding and counting. Planning going well although really torn about what cake to have and still need to sort out what my bridesmaids are going to wear but other than that almost sorted. We are going to Australia on Honeymoon....altho not sure where as yet other than we are flying into Sydney.

Glad to hear that your feeling good....Bet your really excited....

Shazzy-babe I know exactly how you feel. I know 4 LO's who have been born in the past month and everyone everywhere seems to be pregnant....no offence DJ!!!

hi everyone. its so warm today. Ive been to town and baby club today. just waiting for 5pm, we are having a chinese tonight yummy. I was pregnant in the summer and even in the winter i was hot its horrible. Im getting impatient to even if i have shortened my wait lol. i just cant wait to see pregnant on a test x

Welcome to the newbies...added you to our WTT list. x

I was pregnant in the winter, spring and summer....nothing was pleasant. I remember sitting on the balcony this time last yr with a spray bottle and a book. I was soooooo hot all day every day. lol But it's all worth it isn't it. x

I added an early starter list to our 1st post...if you want to be added to the early starter list please let me know and I take you out of the normal list and add you to the early starter list. x

Yay for early starters! :happydance: at least I'll still have a bump in 2011 :D

Hi girls,

long time no post!

How was the long bank holiday weekend for everybody? I was soooooooo bored. It was raining like hell on Saturday and on Monday my husband couldn't make his mind up if he wanted to go out or not, by 2pm (when LO was still sleeping) he told me he wanted to go out, but by then there was no point cause until we would have been dressed and ready the shops would have been shut. Arrrrrgh men.

On a brighter note...I'm going to order a new phone at the weekend...hopefully mine will be sold soon. lol

Hmm.... it's gone very quiet in here hasn't it!

I must apologise for neglecting you lovely ladies. Such a busy time of year for me! Too busy to talk so I've just been stalking threads instead! :haha: But I can see the light... the school term will be over in just over 2 weeks (and counting!)

Hope you are all well and will come back and chat soon! :hugs:

It's half term over here at the moment and all the kids are off....what a nightmare. Lots of screaming children in the gardens all day and the weather is nice as well. lol Roll on next week when town will be empty again cause everybody is back in school. lol

I hate it when the town is full. i went up yesterday and it was horrible. no one likes to move for you when you've got a push chair.
The past couple of days i've been feeling broody. I've been watching alot of the baby stories and shows. Im goin to speak to my midwife , tell het about wanting to ttc maybe as early as october but probably december just so money is sorted.
I cant wait when we are all ttc and sharing out bfp news yey.
caleb is 6 months today, i cant believe it x
Hope everyone is well x
