Burning arm pain -- anyone else?

Since last Thursday I've had severe, tight burning arm pain down both of my arms evenly. My midwife and doctor are at a loss, but it's so excruciating I'm hoping for some ideas. Has anyone else experienced this in pregnancy?

I get carpal tunnel in my arms and hands but it's more like extreme pins and needles and my hands swell. Worse when I wake up in the morning x

I have been having pain in my arms and chest. They occur at the same time. It is really intense and I have to lay down and just kinda breathe through it. It has been lasting about 5 minutes and then its gone.

All my doctor suggested was drink more water. Which has lessened the frequency to 1-2 times a week vs almost daily.
