Burning back pain

I'm 4 weeks tomorrow and have had burning back pain today at belly button level. I've read this is normal for some women, but wanted to see if anyone else had had the same thing?

Are you experiencing any pain passing urine? Just checking it's not a uti or kidney infection. In my first pregnancy I had bad lower back pain, doc said it's just a result of the uterus reshaping.

Thanks for your reply When you say lower back pain was that belly button level or lower? Was it a burning pain or an ache? I'm not having any pain passing urine but it's only started today so I'll keep an eye on it.

It is more behind belly button level. Pain when passing urine is one of the first symptoms so I'd just assume it's the uterus.
