Burning/warm sensation near ovary...Help!

Soo, I have no idea if this is normal or not. I was settling into bed to read and out of the blue I got this weird warm/burning sensation right around the top of my uterus and my left ovary area. It did not hurt at all and lasted for maybe 30secs to a minute at most. And now, totally fine. Im currently 6-7 dpo.
My main reason for asking is because I've read about ovarian cysts, but also read that some sort of pain or discomfort would go with it in that case, which I didnt get.

Anyone ever had this or heard of it? Should I call my doctor or could it very well be part of ovulation and/or pg symptoms

Not sure about ovarian cysts other than what my friend has told me--she says they are like a stabbing pain on one side or the other...but I've never had them (or at least I've been told I don't have them)...It could be "stretching" of the uterus muscles due to hormones....I've read that can occur pretty early on because it's just something the hormones do....

Hope its a good sign!! And maybe someone will have more info about the ovarian cysts...

Thanks for the info! It's certainly helped me! Now I'm not freaking out thinking its something terrible. Yea, there was absolutely no pain involved. So I guess that's a good thing!

Now it's got me wondering if it's implantation? lol A girl can dream!

I never really noticed anything with my DD because well, I wasn't expecting it!

Hey there - I've been having pains in my left ovary for the past few days, I think I ovulated last week (not really sure - had early MC late Sept and not had AF yet, think due next week).

Some people on here have said to me that it could be ovulation pains where the egg releases or the follices stay after the egg has released.

Weird isn't it?! I've had light cramps which have now gone again and I've felt a bit sick and tired today, but not getting my hopes up yet.

I just thought it was super weird because i had already ovulated 7 day ago today. So would have been 6 yesterday. Wouldnt think it would be left over from ovulation

It could be burning from implantation. Did you get a BFP?

I have had a mild/dull cramping in my uterus since 4dpo. I am praying that is my uterus stretching for I am still having these cramps at 14dpo and read that this is common for the first 6 weeks or so.
