Bus! Seriously?

big hugs! i know how that feels believe me!

i got on the bus home from college and it was packed (again the bus driver kept picking up more people) i was already stuck right beside the doors!
Some woman wanted to get off so i tried to move out the way for her to get passed but i couldnt because of people getting on the bus her words to me were "you need to move hen your too big to let me past!" i replied with i'm 8 months pregnant and normally a size 12, whats your excuse for the size 22's, loose some weight and you would have been able to get past me, i can't loose the weight til after i've had my baby and i can't move out the way because of all the people behind me.

My OH nearly pissed himself laughing at how blunt i was ... sorry but i was knackered, my back was killing me, it was roasting on the bus then she called me fat? hormones took over i think

go shona! I literally would never dare, no matter how hormonal i am the only person i can have a go at is my OH [bless him, he has put up with a fair amount of shit!]

What an asshole this guy must be, i wouldn't dream of saying that to a pregnant lady! No matter how big or small she was. And it does just show how wrong the stereotypes about ppl our age can be, it was a teenager that let you sit down and and gurmpy old adult who bad mouthed you!

I would totally try complaining, see what freebies you can get out of this ..xx

When I was pregnant. I was HUUUUGE and on the day before my due date, I was on a packed bus and not offered a seat at all! And when I asked someone for a seat, i was tutted at and told no, untill my OH kicked up a fuss...

Wow if anyone talked to me like that I would have freaked out but have been carful of what I said...my OH would probably scare the shit out of them, it would be worse if it was a male because then he wouldn't hold back. Thankfully I haven't had any of that yet but then again I still have like 2 and a half months, but I have no reason to be on a bus.

I was never once given a seat in my last pregnancy. I was showing but not by that much. Bump size dont matter, i gave birth at 27 weeks ffs!
