Buy or not to buy

My mum has said she doesn't want anything, would rather we buy my children an extra present as she hasnt bought them loads. Not sure if I should buy her anyways?

My sister has said not to buy for her as she feels bad that I'm not buying for my brother as I'm buying for his son(my nephew) but buying for her. What to do again?
I'd like to get my sister something though as I didn't get her anything for her birthday in september.

Even if my family say not to get them something - i always get each of them a little something. doesnt have to be expensive! its the thought that counts x

my grandparents and my sister have told us not to buy them anything, i dont like the idea of getting them nothing at all, so ive got them both a couple of nice photos of the kids and bought some nice frames. quite a cheap present but still nice x

I would still buy for them. I buy for my sister and her daughter and my brother gets something a little more expensive. When he has a child (if) then he would get the same. He got me something small and my girls laptops.
I never leave one out even if I dont get much back.
