C-section pain

I had anxemwrgency c-section 5 daysago and when I go pee or poo octet this horrible cramping in my bum. It gets excruciating. Is it normal? Also I notice I don't feel the urge to go pee either till my bladder is super full and then I'll get a cranky type feeling and then I know oh I really have to go! I'm not taking any meds for pain except Tylenol and Advil. They prescribed oxycodone but I refuse to take it. The pain is driving me crazy. I can deal with the burning pain on my incision but the cramps in my butt are to much. Anyone else with this?
