I had a c section 5 weeks 2 days ago and the soreness started to go away and i could hardly feel it for a while but the last few days its suddenly gone sore inside again and just above my scar its swollen up slightly again, anyone else found theyv had this after maybe im doing to much xx

Sounds like you've either pulled something or you have a little infection...speak to NHS Direct they should be able to tell you. My C Section scar played up for numerous weeks after my last baby

I had lumps around mine about 3 weeks after but they have gone down now... mine doesn't hurt anymore, maybe you should pop and see a doctor just to be safe But remember they say 6 weeks to heal so maybe it just needs a little more time?

i phoned the emergency dr earlier and they said to pop in and get it checked tonight or tomoz so im gonna go in the morning , i hope its ok im worrying now xxx

Mine is still healing and I had mine almost 5 weeks ago, too. I thought I had a little infection a few weeks ago and was put on antibiotics...but it still has a little spot that is bubbled up and looks weird. Who knows. My doc said not to worry unless it looks like an extreme sunburn and is acutally oozing pus. I think the soreness and stuff is still the healing process. Let us know how your appointment goes tomorrow!

thanks, im sure whether to go now as the swelling has gone down a bit and not feeling as sore today and i know il prob be in there hours as its a emergency doctors for them prob to tell me thats its still just healing i mean the scar it fine no puss or anything, i dont wanna be in there for ages on fathers day xxx
