First letter through today, had no idea my ex was going for access.

How long does it take, personal opinions? What happens, what do they do??

Ups and downs... They were very good for my other half, but not so considerate for his ex. They did everything very quickly once they were involved. They interviewed my other half and asked him what he wanted out of contact, interviewed his ex as far as I'm aware. Then they did a couple of supervised sessions at their base, then wrote a suggestion to the court on what they thought access should be. Court usually rubber stamps it x
