Calcium and cranberry tablets trying for a girl ?

I have some and I hope it will work....how long before I start trying should I start taking them?

Calcium and magnesium plus cranberry. I think you need to stop taking the cranberry tablets after O though ( from memory ) I stopped taking the cranberry though because it make my AF weird. Start taking them now they more chance it has to get through your system and actually start working
