Has anybody noticed feeling hot since the temp rise after ovulation?

I got a rise yesterday and today and feel hotter???

Just wondering if this is normal...

Probably a silly question. I am been temping for about seven months now and only really noticed it in the last two!

Yup thats normal! Its from the increase in progesterone at this point of the cycle. Good luck!
