I grabbed this as it was on offer and didn't realise it was a nightlight as well (even though it's in the name :dohh:). Is it any good? My LO likes to sleep in complete dark so had I realised it had a nightlight I can't switch off I wouldn't've bought it. I'm wondering if I could put it on for a bit before he went to bed and then just unplug it. His rooms pretty tiny so I was hoping the vapour might just linger in there even though it wasn't on??

Anyone used it or something similar got any ideas???

Thanks:flower:

Sorry I havent got one but I had seen them before. What store are they on offer in?

Is there maybe a plug away from his bed so the light wont make much of a difference? I think nightlights tend to be very dim.

xx

Got it 25% off in Sainsburys (was about 2 weeks ago though so don't know if it's still on) I thought he was getting a cold then but it never appeared but this last week it's come with a vengeance....

I've been using some karvol on a tissue about a metre away from his cot - I'm a bit paranoid about it as it really helps my nose when I have a cold but if it's too strong I get a really bad headache and don't want to be making things worse for LO... was hoping this new thing might be better...

It's quite a pretty blue light now I've turned it on but there are only 2 plgs in his room 1 would be too bright (I'm talking a baby who likes a blackout blind plus blackout linings on the curtains) the is under his cot which i suspect would stop any vapour getting out either although might be worth a try...

my DD is the same, she has to have the room completely dark too. I have the nighlight/vapour thing and I just turn it on 2 hours before bed and shut the door. Has worked for us :)

I have the calpol plug in thing. Yes, the light is really bright but it does help her little nose. I put a big square of wood leaning on the wall so it isn't as bright. My LO is used to having a little night light on her baby monitor though.
