Me. I'm on cambridge. Been on it since 11th jan (on and off) and have lost 2st 10lb. Been off it this weekend but will be getting back on it in the morning.
How long have you been on it? Is it the first time you've done this kind of diet? Its second for me.
Just spotted this thread - newbie to CD, just finished day one, some hunger pangs but nothing too horrendous.
Tried doing it a few days ago but ended up stopping at day 3 due to feeling hungry after trying a flavoured porridge sachet and throwing it away in disgust.
Anyone still doing this diet? Would be great to hear how you're getting on and any hints and tips
