Can a bad cough cause bleeding??

I know this sounds ridiculous! But! Can this happen? I am about 6 weeks pregnant I think and have had a terrible cough the last few days. When I used the toilet earlier I had brown cm on knickers? Do you think coughing could do this?

At about 5.5 weeks i had some bright red bleeding that maybe lasted two hours and never happened again. This was during one of my worst cold days with heavy coughing. I looked it up and bad coughing can cause some bleeding.

5-6 weeks is also when alot of women spot its super common and the coughing may have just aided in that occurrence. i spotted tan spots twice in week 5 but i did not have couging, just sneezing about once a day and i still sneeze everyday since conception!
