Can antibiotics affect egg development?

Does anyone know?
I know it can affect sperm development.

I'm at the beginning on my cycle, so I still have a few weeks before I ovulate. I think I have bronchitis and might need some antibiotics, nothing OTC gives me any relief

I don't wanna mess up our chances this month though!
