3.2ml of seminal fluid
44,800,000 approximate sperm in 1ml
30% of those are forward moving sperm
The bottom note from the test is the important thing... saying that the forward lack of motion of the sperm can be a potential issue, but not likely.
A sample can change due to various circumstances on any given day. If there has been too may day's between ejaculation, that can have adverse readings. Just as not enough time between ejaculation. Maybe trying having him start taking a multivitamin if he isn't already. The healthier he is, the more likely his sample should improve.
**Warning.... B**** Comment Ahead*** The fact that you have gotten pregnant twice in the past year, is a good sign. It could be other factors playing a role in why you still don't have a your take home baby.
Try using preseed to help your OH's swimmers get were they need to be a little easier if you aren't already.
