Can anyone explain sperm analysis results to me please?

I can't find where the method is mentioned.
So it says
Volume of semen 3.2 ml
No of sperm per ml of semen 44.8 10*6/ml
Progressive motility 30
Total motility 35
And then there's other stuff like time from ejaculation, vicsosity which is normal, acidity 7.7 and that's about it.
But at the bottom it says this and I'm not sure what to think really.
The low (borderline) percentage categories of motile sperm is the only observed abnormality, which may result in some fertility impairment. The degree of impairment is likely to be minor. Recommended actions will depend on age of female partner and the trying time.

So it doesn't look like the Krueger method. I'm going to take a guess at the results (someone can correct if I am wrong):
3.2ml of seminal fluid
44,800,000 approximate sperm in 1ml
30% of those are forward moving sperm
The bottom note from the test is the important thing... saying that the forward lack of motion of the sperm can be a potential issue, but not likely.
A sample can change due to various circumstances on any given day. If there has been too may day's between ejaculation, that can have adverse readings. Just as not enough time between ejaculation. Maybe trying having him start taking a multivitamin if he isn't already. The healthier he is, the more likely his sample should improve.
**Warning.... B**** Comment Ahead*** The fact that you have gotten pregnant twice in the past year, is a good sign. It could be other factors playing a role in why you still don't have a your take home baby.
Try using preseed to help your OH's swimmers get were they need to be a little easier if you aren't already.
Her's hoping you don't have much longer of a wait.

Thank you so much daze you've really helped me understand it better 
He did take wellman vitamins for a bit but stopped, I should probably tell him to start again.
I'd like to just say I'm extremely grateful for our situation and I really hope I don't offend anyone by posting in here. I just thought this section would be the best place to post it
