I am so rubbish at these things! I need to write a letter to my employer to tell him the date I will be returning to work as I would now like to take 9 months rather than 6.

Also, I'd like to change my hours to part time instead of full time and as I work in a nursery I'd like to ask for a place for my son.

Is there anyone who would be able to give me a bit of an outline as what to write please?
