Went for a private scan and this is the pic they gave me ... anyway he took a guess but said I could come back in four weeks to clarify I rang to go back and guess what they wanted to be paid again... I put a bad review up on their FB, guess what they removed it and all ratings are 5* and all from 2015 ... making me think other people have been stung too I'm so confused not to mention tormented 😩

O I'd be so pissed!!! That's terrible!!! Write a negative review of them on google. They can't delete those!!! How terrible!!!

Definitely complain! That is not acceptable when you've paid for the service :nope:

What an awful quality picture, did they all look like that? i had a private scan where they couldn't see dd's face (was a 3D one) and they let us go back once for free. I know you can't guarantee baby's position for a good ultrasound but that image could be from any part of your body! I scan hearts and even with the patients with a poor body shape you can still work out what you're looking at on screen in the majority of cases. Does it say the name of the machine on the image?

Omg that's horrid! I can't even tell what that picture is! Did you contact the manager or owner? I agree, do a review on Google or Yelp, they can't remove those.

Thanks, it just says Philips on the top of pic, it looks old grey small screen compared to what they use in Maternity, all in all it was a horrible experience.

I work with the latest Phillips ultrasound machines seems like theirs is super old and/or designed for emergency diagnostics rather than detailed scans (although you should be able to see something on a 'portable'). Sorry you had such a bad experience hopefully you can get some kind of response/apology from them
