I think it says pres - engaged, as in presentation, but other than that i'm not sure

I think that word actually says 'encouraged' as it says in the little boxes above 'free' and 'breech' which would mean baby is nowhere near engaged. As for the other words I have no idea xx

I agree, I see "breach" as well. However, I do think that the words say something along the lines of you not being pres (as in presently) engaged, and something about the whooping cough at the end... Did you get some sort of vaccine that day? Anywho, not 100% sure on this, just going by what I see :) these doctors can't write to save their lives :haha:

Ring them and ask if you can scan it to them as you don't know what it says. Or, drop in there if it's easier :)

Actually it says 'not picked up iron prescription- encouraged'
I.e encouraged to do so.

Baby is breech and free so therefore not engaged.

Yes this makes sense!
I didn't think it could say engaged as she told me baby was breech, was just wondering If my toddler had distracted me from hearing something important lol! Thanks. & thanks ladies!! X

You should do transcribing records for family search :) it's quite good fun and you have to decipher all kinds of handwriting including from the 1500s xx

Yeah I definitely saw 'not, iron & encouraged'.

I'm a midwife so I'm used to this type of syntax.

'FMF' is fetal movements felt.
