I'm not really sure if I should be posing here, as I have had a living child since my losses and she is now 18 months old. Before that I lost my twin girls, Megan and Imogen, after a difficult pregnancy leading to them being born at 24 weeks and had two early miscarriages. I've since found out I have a blood/autoimmune disorder, APS/Hughes Syndrome, which means without medication I have an 80% chance of a loss. With medication there's much less risk though.
I am now about 4 weeks pregnant and found out a couple of days ago. I got a faint BFP on a cheapy test 9 days PO and on a digi 10 days PO. However, after the initial euphoria I have started to get very worried I will miscarry and although I am lucky that I should be scanned at 7-8 weeks, I am so worried something will go wrong.
Does anyone else feel like this? I thought that since I had had my daughter it'd be easier this time, but if anything, it's worse.
