Hi there,
First time pregnancy for me, 4 weeks 3 days along :happydance:
We have a blue apron delivery coming and one of the meals is a quiche that has ricotta cheese and goat cheese in the recipe. The ricotta cheese gets baked in with the quiche, and the goat cheese is crumbled and sprinkled on top.
Are either of those cheeses okay for me to eat?
TIA

I believe ricotta is fine. However, some types of goat's cheese are not. Here's some info from the NHS website, hope it helps.

It depends where you live. If in the U.S. Unless imported, all cheese is pasturized and therefore "pregnancy safe". If you live outside of the u.s. or it is imported cheese, then I wouldn't eat it.

I am going to agree with one additional thought. Overall I would say most cheese in the US is pasteurized, but man oh man when I look at the labels at Whole Foods there are quite a few that are not pasteurized. Honestly I was kind of surprised. Maybe it is just foo foo Whole Foods, but thought I would share my experience just in case.
