i am craving ice with beer salt. can i eat that? i mean like is the beer salt okay? if no one knows what beer salt is, it like lucas. its just limon lime salt.

Look on the bottle? It should say "this product does not contain alcohol" - you should be fine. And I crave salt sooo much after I eat ice cream.. so weird, haha.

I wish i craved ice cream. I'll go to the candy machine at work and walk away with peanuts. My body is saying no to the bad stuff.... but i want to eat it! lol

Oh man I wish, all I want is candy and chips and horrible fast food that isn't good for me at all!

the only thing bad about it is that it de-hydrates you MILDLY and makes you thirsty after a while. My family gripes at me for eating it all the time... IM ADDICTED! lol... but its fine i ate it through my last pregnancy!

Lemon- lime and salt is 100% normal for a pregnant girl to crave, and will not harm the baby. BUTTTTT... Salt will cause you to swell up by retaining fluids.

Very confusing info... but i love it and cant stop and no plans too.. just dont over do it by eating like 2oz a day or something
