can i give my 8 month old juice?

My son is eight months old and does not get enough water!
He wont drink it atall no matter how hard i try but he will drink baby juice.

Just wondering if it is ok to give him juice watered down? e.g. robinsons?

My friend gave her LO coconut water (not coconut milk) from 8 months! If you're in the UK you can get it in tesco in the world foods section, i think its polish!

You could try pure fruit juices (not from concentrate) watered down too, will be less sugar than the dilutable juices!

hi yeah my parent support recommended 100 % fruit juices, so we started with apple and now have moved on to mixed berries, mix it at a ratio of 50/50 with the water, hope ur lo likes it
