Can I have a rant please!!??!!

Ok so some of you know my story - In short, I got pregnant, took me a while to come to terms with it, didn;t want to tell fob but got persuaded otherwise, told him, he wants nothing to do with the baby (this is fine by me and suits me!!)

Problem is we have lots of mutual friends. People are fucking nosey and firat thing they ask is "Who's the dad then?" Well it is no-ones business. Except today and friend of mine who happens to be a relative of fob comes on fb asking who the dad is and asks if it is fob. I am not sure how he has found out but that is irrelevent really. I am stumped and tell him no his relative isn;t fob. He keeps on and I swerve it.

I really don;t know if this is gonna blow up in my face somewhere down the line. I am happy to have nothing to do with fob (although considering the mutual friends I am not sure how the hell this is going to work out)

I am annoyed that instead of doing what I thought was best, I did what others thought was best in telling him (I do think it was for the best to give him a choice, but at the same time has now caused issues)

This is a baby ffs, I don;t want stress or anything and just want to get on without questions, secrets and lies.

when i deleted my ex from fb i also deleted all of our mutual friends apart from one who i know he doesnt talk to anyway. glad i did it because i dont want him snooping threw other people

Yeah I am regretting it now. I should have just said the baby has no dad as he wants nothing to do with it. My mum says I should have said yes too. But fob has obviously not told his family at all so I guess me trying yet again to do the right thing have gone along with what we agreed weeks ago.

i would have said yes and left it to him to explain to his family once it got out, cover your own bases then that way nothing can come back on you, i would also take another posters advice and delete all the mutual friends that lean more towards him for friendship than you x

Yeah i would of said yes he is the father, why should you stress out and keep secrets, its HIS problem if he hasnt told anyone/his family it cant come back to you if all your doing is telling the truth, It will only bite him in the bum for keeping a secret.

because if i had mutual friends with him, he could find out threw them what i was saying/doing/pics i'd posted
